Hi I have recently moved, I was told there was no satellite dish as it was a listed building so I changed my contract to sky stream but I have now found a dish and connected my sky q box and is working great so I want to return my unused stream kit can I get a refund of £39 please if i return it to you ?

You will need to negotiate an exit from the Stream contract and a reversion to a Q subscription: just returning the Stream puck won't be a viable long term solution.

@Kevin6770  You will also need to inform Sky that you have setup your Sky Q at your new address, as it will currently only be authorised for used at your previous address.

I am just another Sky customer!
