Sky box don't work.

My main sky box doesn't work,sometimes it say you have no Internet connection. I have re- entered the password but still no luck. I have two small sky boxes that work fine so there is no problem with the Internet. Could you help please.

@Garyfl Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
