Can't download film due to technical issue, please try again later. Is there a way round this?

Have bought a film from the Sky store. I keep getting an error message saying there's a 'technical issue, your download couldn't be completed. Please try again later'. It's been like this for nearly a week is there a way round this?

Could you say - what device you are trying the download on - and if it's a rental or buy and keep ?

The first few things I'd try @Nikki231 

 

If there is a part download stuck on your hard drive, will it allow you to archive it (to remove the part download) then try again. 


if that doesn't work, do you have a mobile device / tablet ?  Go to your Skystore library on the device , select your movie and then select "send to box"

 

if that doesn't work I'd try to power off your Sky Q box at the mains plug for a minute - then back on. 

If still no good, you could try a livechat  with the Skystore team when they next open (11am Monday)
