Charged for a Paramount+ free trial

Hi, I noticed a 6 months free Paramount+ offer on the MySky app so I signed into an existing Paramount+ account via the Sky link but no offer has been applied and I have been charged £6.99! 

 

Who do I need to talk to about this? Thanks.
