Early termination charges refund - a scam??!

So how do you actually get sky to do as they promised when you sign up & refund for the early termination charges- even though I've sent in everything they asked for & confirmed it's been received- 6weeks later & still no refund!!!!?

Can you start from the beginning, are you trying to claim the £100 for TV and/or £100 for Broadband and Talk after you previous supplier charged you an early termination fee, if so when did you email off these documents ?

It's usually because you haven't sent the required information exactly as needed. If you're confident that you have you can email the switching team:
