I’m a new stream customer and have tried to set up my account but am unable to link my ID to an address. I have set up a login but none of my account or personal details are shown. Several pages say that I cannot view them as I'm not a sky cusomer. So my stream isn't working due to this. I think it may be due to this being a old sky id or a secondary one on the account.

Have you been a customer of Sky in the past and returned after being away 18 months or more before signing back up with Sky Stream ?
