Moving in with family

Not sure if this is the right department my house is due to complete sale next week and we are moving in with family were we will not be using our sky box or WiFi I will want to have sky when I'm back in my own property I'm wondering if there's an option to freeze my account so I'm not paying for something I will not be using for a few months

No you can't pause your account. Your service is likely to be cancelled anyway when the new owners of your home want to sign up for their own broadband service.
