Unlink my son’s email address from my account

How do I UNLINK my son's email address from my account?

Is your sons email address being used as your household/communication address or does he have his own Sky ID and email account ?

No my email address is the primary account email. I set up his email address when he was living here. He now has his own home and a Sky account but he cannot download the Sky app or access offers etc because his email address is linked to my account. I spoke to a Sky representative last night and they've removed the address instead of unlinking it even though I specified I wanted it unlinked!
