Why am I being charged £6/month for broadband boost when I'm already paying for ultrafast broadband.

@Light1

Did you per chance upgrade your product from superfast to ultrafast, the £6 boost extra add on

was the default charge price back on the superfast and now i think it is £7.50 with the new max system.

It is for wifi gaurantee that should you have an issue with minimum speed that they will 1. supply booster to sort out this wifi issue, 2. if needed then a SKY wifi expert will visit and sort it out for you.

BUT you may have been paying it all along, but you should see it on any off your old bills.

You can look at the history of billing by logging into your account and having a look at your old bills they are very detailed.

Hope this helps

The Broadband Boost supplement does not (and cannot) increase external broadband speed.
