Hello, my broadband has not been working since yesterday and I have tried everything on the website as well as resetting and rebooting the device. The internet dot is not on but the power and wifi ones are on is there anything that can be done? Because online when checking with IP address it says that the broadband is disconnected

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Yes I have and these were the results. The broadband is just not available for some reason even though i've tried everything and checked that everything was paid for etc it still seems like it is not working
