Hi
We have to move homes and in the area there is fibre optic . I was wondering if need to close the current contract and get a new one or just upgrade the current one . How does it work ?

If you are unable to upgrade your broadband as you will have fibre available at the new property this can be done also over the phone. You might find that there is a longer lead time for fibre to be installed.
