Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mrs-Evans the stats show that your connection to the cabinet has not dropped in the last 93 hours or just short of 4 days. The line is not performing that well as the noise margin is high at 9dB which indicates the system is having to deal with a lot of noise and is limiting your download speed to 35Mb/s but unless thar is lower than the guaranteed speed it is unlikely Openreach would do anything and even then they often decline to much.
You have quite a long line to the cabinet and with the recent very wet weather there are loads of similar reports as copper cables carrying high frequency signals dont work that well when soaking wet especially if your line runs overhead on poles near trees etc.
These problems will be largely solved when Openreach switch your line to full fibre but until that time this type of issue is largely unavoidable.

Hi @Highlinder
I'm trying to upload my stats now.
I can't find the camera or three dots🤦🏻♀️
It does say that it has been up for 232 hours I think which can't be right.
I will keep trying to upload

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Char36 your stats show the connection to the hub has not dropped since the hub rebooted some 232 hours or just under 10 days ago. You reported issues in the early evening do these affect devices conected by ethernet cables as well as devices on wifi? If not it sounds like wifi interference of some kind perhaps when a neighbour gets home and goes online or something in your home is switched on typically thst would be a wireless speaker or perhaps a microwave. If devices on Ethernet are affected it is a bit of a mystery.

Hi @Chrisee
Thanks for the response.
I attached ethernet a couple of days ago and they drop as well when it happens.
I am very confused by this as it seems everything is saying it's ok but this is happening on a daily basis.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDoesnt make much sense that the ethernet connected device is also dropping since the stats don't suggest that...
Next time you notice it happening on the ethernet connected device please can you post your router stats again along with your routers support log
