my Phone and my daughters phone won't connect to the WiFi, the tv / Netflix / Nintendo switch work fine, I've turned off the WiFi and phone but still the same problem continues

Find out more@Jon1977- ifvthe phones are simply not picking up thecwifi connection tell the unit to forget the connection then power down and restart the phone and try to connectvit to the hub from scratch. When trying to link to wifi makecsure you do so close to the hub.

Hi I've tried this and still no WiFi connection , do you have any other suggestions?

Same issue. iPhone states that the phone is connected to WiFi but zero speed.
