This is what it says :
Our records show the following FTTP network service information for these premises:-Single Dwelling Unit Residential UG partial Direct In Ground.
ONT exists with no active service. A spare port is available. A new ONT may be ordered.

When is your activation date and were you told it would be remotely activated ?

So Openreach has installed an ONT at some point. I'd suggest having a good look for this (not necessarily in the vicinity of the master socket) or evidence that it's been there: typically that would be a thin white flexible lead with an oblong green jack and a pair of screws low down on a wall near a power socket, plus possibly a circular white plastic cable entry cover.

on my email it says that my line will be activated without an engineer having visit.

As @TimmyBGood says have a good look around for the ont as shown in the photo in my previous post. However if the fibre cable just terminates then someone may have taken it

Yes: that's because Openreach records show an ONT has been present: unfortunately these do sometimes get removed by previous occupants when they moved out.
It may be that Sky cannot book Openreach to replace the ONT until after the activation date.

Openreach will not install a new ont until activation day has been and gone.
Get back to us on activation day so that we can escalate this to sky

Presumably that means you've received the Openreach text, which notifies they've built the external circuit. Without an ONT that's fairly meaningless, but at least you should now be able to book its replacement.
