No broadband

Got 2 orange lights on my hub and internet is available but no connection, a few people have said they are having the same issue within the sa72 area

Always makes me laugh that there is never an issue when you test your internet etc. when clearly there is.

@Matyp if you look under the results in the app you will see when the test was last run. However if you click to run the full test it will show you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line now.

Try the service checker in your my sky app using 4g/5g mobile data

Same in SA61 no internet and teo orange light

In Pembrokeshire so west of Swansea area. 

 

I've tried the service checker, doesn't work. If I put WiFi connection off. It says alls ok. 

 

No toubleshooter coming up either

Broadband down SA68

At exactly 12am this morning our internet went off. Green Amber Green have rebooted a number of times clearly an issue as neibours have same issue. But nothing flagged up on sky.
