They just updated mine saying check internet so rebooted and everything gollowed all steps on help and now saying they need an engineer to come to area im in WA9 area .

WA10. Exactly the same. No Wi-Fi. Checker says it's ok. Comes back on for a few minutes then goes again

Find out moreWhen running the status check do not rely on the result the My Sky app shows initially as that is the status when the check last ran automatically instead click through to run a new check that will give you the up to up to date information on known faults. If the issue is within the Openreach network Sky will nor necessarily be aware of the details including which lines are affected. Sky's phone lines are starting to open from 7am so customers can report the loss of service.
None of the above affects the work which should be going on to find and fix the fault which will be going on whatever the status pages say.

No internet for over 24 hrs WA10. Thought it was my fault as not good at these things at my age. Reading your posts has confirmed it's not so feel better. 3.47 am and still no briadband.

Hi Molly it just came back on but we did reset it quite a few times, I'm looking at going somewhere else can't even watch TV in bedroom the signal is so poor, it's ridiculous for the price we pay x
