I have rebooted the internet and modem but the internet is still not working. I've just checked online and it said there's no issues with our broadband or modem .
Why is the internet not working at all?

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
