Sky broadband

Internet not working orange light and yet sky claims everything is working when testing Internet. Wembley area.

@Hannah96 the test result you see when in the app is for the last time the test ran which can be hours before. If you click to run the test again it should tell you if there is a known issue. However loss of connection betwen midnight and 5am is often down to overnight network maintenance so if the service is back up this morning that is the most likely explanation but if its still down give Sky a call when their lines open between 7 and 8am.
