Im absolutely fed up of paying the maximum amount for ultra fast guaranteed broadband in every room to have the orange voice light on my router appear every other day!! I work from home and I'm missing online meetings due to switching off my router and re booting everything. What kind of service is this? I need to look at switching and notifying OFCOM!!

Ofcom does not intercede in technical issues between a subscriber and an ISP.
Have you reported the Voice issue to Sky and had it investigated by Openreach?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreNo you do not contact Openreach. You contact Sky who then engage Openreach if something needs fixing by Openreach. If you attempt to contact Openreach they will just tell you to contact your ISP.
