WiFi in all rooms

I'm not getting WiFi in all rooms of my property after upgrading my broadband and being told by the advisor that I would definitely get WiFi in every room.

No ISP can actually promise that: wireless hardware is regulated to have a limited power output (otherwise you wouldn't want to share a room with a router).  The advisor would have been referring to the 'WiFi Guarantee', which offers a refund of a month's broadband subscription if wireless doesn't reach everywhere.

If you subscribe to Broadband Boost or WiFi Max add-ons then Sky will loan wireless booster hardware to try and increase coverage: you'd need to claim this yourself.
