Cant sign into my Sky/Yahoo email

Hi there, I cant access my emails as its saying " Please Contact (removed)". The problem is that I'm working away (abroad) from my UK home ant this number does not connect. Has anyone got an email number for email help or someone I can actually speak with please? Thanks in advance.

There have been a lot of complaints of the same problem. (the error message, not being abroad)

Changing the password may cure it, so try that. https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/email
