Missing Sky VIP voucher

My free Tesco Dairy Milk voucher has vanished off my Sky VIP app but the voucher hasn't expired yet. Same thing happened atound November last year!

When it happened in November of last year whoever you contacted about this back then is who you will need to contact now.

They always seem to disappear well before the expiry date.  Once I activate in the app I take a few screenshots, both of the barcode, the barcode number and T&C's, never had an issue using one in store.  Maybe there are only a certain amount available and they have all been claimed before the expiry date.
