Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Laura145Try rebooting your Glass TV. To do this simply switch off your Glass at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again. It will take about a minute to reboot.
If that doesn't help try refreshing the apps. This takes a few hours but is done in the background so you can still use the TV. You will find the App Refresh in Settings > System Management > Resets and updates > refresh apps (do NOT do a factory reset). On the odd occasion I have done a refresh of the apps I do it at the end of the evening so they refresh overnight.
