Discussion topic: 001 error on new macbook

After install sky go on my new macbook, I am get the following error:

"We're having problem connecting you. Please try again. (001)."

I have uninstall and reinstall the app and I am getting the same issue.

Do you have any sort of firewall on the Mac, if so have you let Sky Go through it ?
