Error 1410

I am getting error code 1410 when using skygo on my macbook. Any suggestions on how to fix this. I have tried every possible way i could think of.

Are you logged in with the correct Sky ID, so are you new to Sky or have you been away for 12 months or more then returned to Sky ?

yes i am logged in wit the correct sky id and i am not new to sky. i have been a sky customer for over 10 years

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
