Error code 1526

I'm trying to download a couple of films to my laptop but I keep getting the error code 1526.

 

The films that are showing errors are Black Adam and Batman The Dark Knight Rises, when I've tried other DC films I also get the same error code. Other films have downloaded fine so it seems like a specific film issue rather than an app issue.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
