External imput is blocked

I tried to mirror sky go to my tv from my tablet. I am using my friends password etc. I then realised sky go doesn't allow this. And ever since I have been blocked. I can stil watch from my phone. But tablet is blocked. How do I get back to just watching sky go on my tablet

Have you tried deleting the app completely from the tabelt, rebooting it then installing it again.
