My Sky Go app is not working on my Android tablet (Samsung Tab S9).
I receive the error "and unknown error occured, please try again".
When I try and download something and then try to watch it, I get the error "External display output is blocked".
I have switched off wifi, deleted the app, restarted tablet, reinstalled app, enabled the permissions and still nothing.
I can watch and download all OK on my phone.
Has anyone encountered this or can anyone help please as I've hit a brick wall?

I had the same problem. I did a number of things but I think that as Sky prevent you from casting or sharing screens, I went to Settings on the tablet, then to Connected Devices and then took the slider off for any shared devices and also came out of Dex and exit from it. This worked.

OMG I think that's what it was....Dex! I didn't realise I had it on.
