I keep getting code 1304 and code 1504 messages. Please help. Thank you.

I have recently installed Sky Go on my laptop.  Windows 11. When I try to play anything in Sky Arts, I get a code 1304 error message.  When I try to download anything, I get a code 1504 error.  Have not been able to view anything so far.  Please help.  Thanks. Steve

Do you have a TV subscription from Sky ?


If you do try signing out of the app and then back into it.

Thanks. I don't have a subscription. Would just like to watch the free view parts of Sky, particularly Sky Arts? @caesarome

As a non Sky TV customer I don't believe you can get access to the app, even for the free to air channels.
