Discussion topic: No Visual When Connecting SkyGo to TV

When I connect my macbook air to a TV (Samsung), the picture no longer appears. The SkyGo window goes grey. This is whether it's connected via HDMI or Screen Mirroring.

Un/re-installing the app doesn't work. Any advice?
