Sky Go App does work with my subscriptions

Hi,

 

I am a new Sky Stream customer. I have signed up for Cinema, Sports, Ad Skipping etc and they all work fine on my Sky Stream however on Sky Go with the same account only the basic package works. 

Do I need to wait for my first bill cycle? I noticed my Sky Stream still says waiting activation on the MySky dashboard, perhaps this has something to do with it?

 

Any ideas would be great.

So on Sky Go you can't access Sky Sports or Movies as you are presented with the upgrade message ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Sorry you're right, it is still open. I must have missed the chat updates. They are still looking into my case and last updated it today.
