I pay for Sky sports as an add on on my sky stream subscription however it is not allowing me to watch it on Sky go on my phone. It comes up with a message saying "please upgrade your subscription to watch this channel". I haven't had the account long only a week or so and initially it worked but it doesn't anymore. I am still able to watch Sky sports via the sky stream puck on my TV.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I am having this same issue. I 100% definetly have the sports subscriptions as it's always on at home. If I try to watch on the app I get the same message as OP. this is annoying as it can effect my plans if I need to see something live.
