I have also changed from Sky Q to Sky Stream,but when I click on Sky go , I get the message. You need to upgrade to receive this.
Any help would be appreciated.
I have uninstalled the APP and reinstalled.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
