Sky go issues with sky sports

Sky go won’t allow me to watch sky sports. keeps coming up with a message to upgrade despite having Sky sports.

This is ridiculous. Why do we bother paying you all this money

I'm having the same problem. I've been with Sky 22 years and have watched Sky Go before but tonight I'm being told to upgrade. I have the full package - there's no upgrading to do!!! Raging!!!
