Sky go log in

Hi,

I've changed my password and clicked on the manage apps and clicked them all but someone keeps logging into my sky go and they don't have the new password.

I've removed their device but it keeps popping up, do I have to wait a certain amount of time or does it do it instant?

First change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

Then go to this link:

https://skyid.sky.com/authorise/manage

If you tick "Sky Apps" and then the remove button, then anyone using SkyGo or SkyNews or SkySports apps etc. using your credentials will have the previous auth token removed and will be forced to sign in again (using the new password only you know). Will mean people you want to use your ID will need to do the same, but will force whoever is using your previous details off, this might not stop them straight away but it will over a day or so.

I've done all this and remove the device and it still logs in after

It should stop then in a day or so as the thing to remember with Sky Go as you don't actually login each time you come to use it as the app remember your details so you will have to wait to kick on then they will be logged out,
