Sky go on iPhone won’t load - on 4G and 5G

Me too, sky support useless the guy was insisting that it's to do with the fact that SkyGo needs a lot of signal to work!! Even though I told him all my other apps like Netflix, BT Sport etc all work at the same time I'm trying SkyGo. It's a con seriously no fix with all this money they are charging. I've missed so many crucial sports events when travelling it's a joke I stayed with them for SkyGo no reason to stay now

Anyone find a fix for this issue ?

Sky sports via sky go works fine via Wi-Fi on iPhone 14 pro, doesn't work on mobile data , can view ok via sky sports app

location settings on, app deleted re-added etc

At same time Sky sports via sky go working fine on iPhone 7 and 10 on mobile data

Found a work around

enabled hotspot on another phone , which was not connected to Wi-Fi,  connected to it with iPhone 14, open sky go , selected sky sports which started ok, turned off the personal hotspot and it continued to work over mobile data fine .

hope that helps someone else in future
