SkyGo error code PFE 4001?

Does anyone have any details or fixes for SkyGo error code PFE 4001? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that doesn't fix it. Thanks.

Is there any update on this? Sky go was working on my chromebook last week, however, when trying to watch anything tonight (24th September 2023) I am getting the following error:-

There was a problem playing this content, please try again error (4001)

I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Cleared cache, cookies and history but this has not helped at all. Would appreciate some assistance here.

Has there ever been a response on this? It has been an ongoing issue for me for quite some time. Nothing I seem to be able to do manually is resolving it
