cant watch sky sports on my phone need to remove devices

had no issues with sky sports on my phone before, but since i got a new phone it says "plesse contact your service provider to manage your devices." I am just looking to remove my old phone or another one if possible.

As you are a Virgin customer you have to remove it via your Virgin account so you would need to ask them how to do it.
