Hi All,
My e-sim isn't working, it is showing as no signal on my phone so I'm not able to make any calls or receive texts at all. I spoke to a Sky Expert about this today and they have said that a different member of the team would be in touch but I have still not heard anything.
Please could I speak with another Sky Expert again about this issue?
