I buy the phone but i didn't get my bill

I buy the phone but I didn't get phone bill in the box. Now my phone lost so I need phone bill with mentioned imi number

Your phone bill doesn't come in the box as it is visible via the MySky app or online here:

Your IMEI number might be in your credit agreement which should be in your message centre under contracts:

Is this to do with an insurance claim over the loss?

The proof of usage is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to ask for that, not proof of usage as in the bills etc.
