I've just got a new sky sim but my old sim was sky to how do I keep my number as it's not working with the pac code how do I change to my new sim and keep my number

You put your old SIM in the phone. If you've activated a new SIM then you're paying for two.

As you note, you cannot PAC code within a network.

If you don't want to pay for two sims call Sky on 150 to ask them to cancel this new sim.
