Hi,
The O2 mast in my area is down (since the 17th March) can only use my phone whilst in the house on WiFi
where do I complain please?
I obviously don't want to pay a full months bill for not being able to use my phone.

Billing will continue as normal during and outage like this but once the mast owner (and it will not be Sky) fixes it and your services has been restored you are free to ask Sky about getting compensation by the way of a credit added to your account.
