Roaming passport plus is not getting activated

I am in Canada, and have been using the roaming service since past 2 weeks. But from yesterday my roaming is  not getting activated. My spend cap limit is still available.

What limit is is set at if you have one set as it will need to be enough for your stay in Canada.

For roaming i am only using data and I have got ample of data available to use

That might be the case @Umair88 but my question about your spend cap still stands because if you have t set to low then Sky can no longer charge you the £2 meaning your mobile data will not work.
