Roll over not credited

I used roll over data today. It didn't work so I tried again. The second time it worked but only received one rollover and not the first one but both were deducted from my rollover total available.

Sometimes for reasons unknown data you roll over from your piggybank to your device does not appear for a little while but usually it will catchup so I wouldn't try it again and if it hasn't appeared by Sunday then give Sky a call on 150 so they can look into this for you.
