Door bell sync

Doorbell and timer has again ceased sinking this is a constant problem. I’ve done everything in the instructions over and over again. I’ve followed everything to the letter I’ve reinstalled Edred fully charged stopped changed all the cables changed the port. Everything still nothing. This door were nothing but problems and I keep getting told is it’s not close enough to the Internet well actually it’s sitting right next to the router. I don’t know how close it it’s gonna get, I’ve requested a replacement still not heard anything from Sky
