Sky doorbell sets up fine but always says reboot as error on video screen but it won’t reboot

I set up chime and doorbell fine but it then says reboot on video screen but won't allow you too then it crashes any help

Hi, I had the same problem. I have removed all devices from the app (in my case the doorbell and the chime). Then I logged out and deleted the app itself from my phone and started the installation again.

After that the doorbell works normally.
