Can someone please send me my confirmation email for the contract I re negotiated earlier today for my sky TV package

@Tilly+Flop You are not speaking to Sky customer support here, the forum is manned mainly by fellow customers, i would give it till tomorrow for the email to arrive and if it doesn't you will need to call to ask for it to be sent.
