Where is my rental?

Hi

i rented a movie from my Sky Q box yesterday, started to watch it but paused it. Gone to find it this morning to recommence but can't find it anywhere. And it's less than 12 hours since the purchase/rental. Where is it please? Thanks

  • Hi, there's a couple of possibilities, 1st in your recordings may be waiting to download, other thing that normally happens to us, is go to recent purchases and click download that way.
