On demand isn't working however broadband is working fine ( not sky broadband )
I have tried turning on and off and also resetting but nothing
it says connection to router ok
but connection to on demand fail

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Disconat try turning both your Sky box and your router off at the plug. Wait 30 seconds before turning your router back on and another 4 minutes before starting your Sky box. Then see if it connects.

It might help if you can provide more information.
Did this happen out of the blue or after changing equipment, service provider or settings?
Is the link to your router via wifi or Ethernet?

Yes switched everything off and waited 5 min before switching back on. Still the same
