Am unable to make outgoing calls. Requested by recorded message to link to sky text app each time.

Have checked the connection to the Hub and the mains also the second handset. Am unable to make outgoing calls. Each time I dial out a recorded message is received informing me that 'from the details I've given' - I haven't given any! - I'm being directed to a link for sky text service. I'm not using text on my landline
